	About the anti-hammer/lists/ directories..

This is where Anti-Hammer stores the black, white and banned lists.

NOTE: THIS DIRECTORY DOES NOT NEED TO BE WRITEABLE

However, the files within it, DO, at least if you want Anti-Hammer to be
	able to update them.

If you run php as a cgi/*suexec, you can probably get off with doing nothing
so long as they are owned by your user account.

For everyone else, the easiest method is probably via ftp, simply set all
the permissions to word-writeable (777). Or in a shell..

        chmod 777 /full/path/to/anti-hammer/lists

Technically, only the *files* inside the directory need to be writeable, but
it makes sense to just do the whole lot (also good future-proofing, in case
I come up with some other lists/logs to put in here.

    Have fun!
